Bajawa is a hinterland town. Located in the middle of Flores and closed by coasts. The city is in the valley so Bajawa is cold town, fresh air and natural. Bajawa is highland village in the center of a ring of mountains. This is due to the nearby volcanoes, hot springs and surrounding villages that area of particular interest. These surrounding villages have retained and unique traditions and social practices that are refreshing to view and consider, particularly the village of Ngada.
